June 2007: KBVC at Bark in the Park

KBVC was present in a big way at the Bark in the Park event held in June at the Cedar Lane Dog Park in Ossinning. Our director, David Sachs led a contingent from KBVC armed with helpful insight, caring words and information for pet owners who came out in support of the Friends of Cedar Lane Dog Park.

Owners were able to consult with Dr. Sachs and other KBVC staff on questions of behavior, well-care, treatment and any of the capabilities KBVC provides to ensure the well-being of their beloved pets. Meanwhile, many other exhibitors participated with a bevy of products and services.

Friends of Cedar Lane Park organized this event to raise awareness of good pet health practices and to acquaint the surrounding population with the Ossining Dog Park facility.
